How the test works, known issues and coverage gaps
How: the schedule is a health check. It finds broken form mail settings and a broken mail system, and reports them. It does not submit forms, so it cannot see a problem that only appears when a visitor presses Send (for example a CAPTCHA fault); manual tests cover that path.
Austin Visuals: Cloudflare’s bot protection also blocks the site’s own WP-Cron, so AV runs start on the first site request after the slot (usually within seconds).
Not covered: Mailchimp, Brevo, the custom Medical newsletter handler, and three AV blog pages with a placeholder newsletter URL (YOUR_SENDGRID_NEWSLETTER_URL). AV forms 4063 and 5247 have no known public placement.

Test forms by hand, like a real visitor
Use this any time — it is separate from the automatic schedule and tests the real visitor experience, including CAPTCHA.
- Click Start a manual session for a website (WordPress login required).
- Open each tracked form link and submit it normally.
- When the email arrives in the inbox, confirm the receipt in WordPress. Only then does the form show Passed.
