Problem log

AV: reCAPTCHA blocks five API submissions.
Forms 4063, 4954, 5247, 11379 and 22783 returned validation errors explicitly naming reCAPTCHA. No CAPTCHA protection was disabled or bypassed.

Medical 3D: three spam responses.
Forms 1930, 1221 and 6 returned spam. The response does not identify the precise anti-spam rule. These results do not prove that normal browser submissions fail.

Newsletter placeholder URLs.
Three AV blog pages contain YOUR_SENDGRID_NEWSLETTER_URL in a newsletter action. This was discovered in HTML; the newsletter submissions were not tested through a documented REST endpoint.

Coverage still to resolve

Medical 3D restricts administrative form listing (HTTP 403). Its three tested IDs were found on public pages; additional forms cannot yet be ruled out.

Mailchimp, Brevo, the custom Medical 3D newsletter handler and a dynamically inserted newsletter form are outside these CF7 REST results. Their supported API workflows still need verification.

AV forms 4063 and 5247 are configured in WordPress, but a public placement was not found in the 118 sampled pages.

Manual form tests

Run a tracked session at any time, independently of the API schedule. Start from your website admin, use its tracked form links, and submit normally. Results refresh every 15 seconds.

Passed requires a separately confirmed inbox receipt. Automatic mailbox verification is not connected. All published CF7 forms must pass within the same website session; external newsletter forms remain outside this coverage.
